Who are we?

I am a naturopathic doctor residing in the Pacific Northwest with a lifelong interest in plants and folklore. My journey with plants has been quite varied, from working in a plant physiology research lab to wildcrafting and doing trancework with plants in the woods. I mainly focus on the traditional uses of herbs in Northern and Western Europe (all of which were the homes of my ancestors) in addition to the herbal medicine and lore of the Pacific Northwest as it has been my lifelong home.

I love to dive deep into the “why” of an illness. Besides herbs, some tools I find incredibly helpful for this include counseling, hypnosis, trancework, and dreamwork. I have been studying dreams and doing my own dreamwork for well over a decade, and have found it incredibly healing and informative.Herbs can be incredibly helpful allies not only in physically treating disease, but in allowing one to traverse into deeper realms as well as find solace and support when exploring past traumas and uprooting patterns that no longer serve us.
